Changing Appointments

Our East Vancouver dental office strives to provide dental treatment in a client-centered manner so that our patients receive individual attention from the care provider with whom they have scheduled an appointment. We have found that our patients appreciate this kind of care and so we do our utmost to provide it. When you schedule an appointment, this time is reserved for you. 

It is costly to provide dental treatment utilizing a one-on-one approach, so missed appointments and last-minute cancellations cause our office unacceptable financial loss. For this reason, we regretfully charge the patient a fee which partially compensates the practice for the revenue lost. 

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we ask that you kindly give 2 business days notice when the office is open if you need to cancel or change an appointment, in order to avoid a cancellation fee. 

A late arrival fee of may apply if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
